It was Mr. Chinnasamy, the father of our proprietor, who laid the foundation for this legacy. Following in his footsteps, Mr. Baskar Chinnasamy embraced the craft as a dedicated learner, honing his skills and expanding the vision. Together, their efforts have shaped CPM Handlooms into a trusted name in the world of home textiles, blending tradition with innovation.

1993-2004

Mr. Baskar Chinnasamy carried forward the family heritage with a deep-rooted passion for textiles. Building upon the foundation laid by his father, he expanded the business by establishing the necessary infrastructure and manufacturing high-quality products for leading companies across India.

His success is a testament to his trustworthy nature, kindness, and unwavering sense of responsibility and accountability. Under his leadership, CPM Handlooms has become synonymous with excellence and reliability, continuing to honor the legacy of craftsmanship and integrity.

2005

In 2005, Mr. Baskar Chinnasamy established his own textile factory, a 7,000-square-foot facility with a team of 22 dedicated workers. This marked a significant turning point as he began exporting directly to buyers across the globe.

With the unwavering support of his wife and our co-founder, Mrs. Sudha Baskar, the duo prioritized quality, effective communication, and buyer satisfaction. Their commitment to excellence and building strong relationships earned the loyalty and trust of their global clientele, further strengthening the foundation of CPM Handlooms.

Present

In 2013, Mr. Baskar Chinnasamy expanded the factory to a 15,000-square-foot facility and established an in-house stitching unit. With this growth, CPM Handlooms now has a dedicated team of 75 skilled employees.

Today, CPM Handlooms proudly supplies high-quality home textiles to countries across the globe, including the USA, Australia, Canada, Kenya, Germany, the UK, and China. This global reach is a testament to our unwavering commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and building long-term relationships with our buyers.
